Adopt a Horse runs from April 6th thru July 14th this year. Many horses are rescued every year from deplorable conditions of abuse, neglect, and abandonment and although are no longer rideable due to age or injuries but are still wonderful, loving creatures to befriend and care for. Adoption rehabilitates these horses that would otherwise continue to live a life devoid of love, kindness from humans, and safety. If interested in adoption, contact Christine for more information! This is the 4th year the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation's annual dinner dance gala. It not only helps to fund the daily care of all the animals at the shelter, but also ensures projects such as puppy mill rescues are possible and programs benefiting special needs children. SASF is one of the top ranked animal shelters in the US, along with its outstanding 94% adoption rate.

65th Annual Artists & Writers Celebrity Softball Game

This is the longest running charity event in the Hamptons. Every summer, thousands have come to watch celebrities battle head to head on the softball field to raise money for East End Hospice, East Hampton Day Care Learning Center, the Phoenix House of Long Island & The Retreat. Refreshments like hot dogs, Snapple, hamburgers, and Joe & Liza's Ice Cream will be provided.
Bideawee's Love on a Leash Walk

Put on those walking sneakers and leashes, this walk is going to the dogs! Families and their furry children will take part in a summer walk through the village of Westhampton Beach to raise awareness for adopting a pet instead of shopping for one at a pet store or breeder, and to celebrate all four legged friends. Free food and drinks, live music, giveaways, and more until 11am at the Green. When all walkers register in advance for the walk, they will receive a complimentary Love on a Leash Walk t-shirt and treats for you and your pet.

Benefiting the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island, this annual tournament helps keep this keystone organization funded to help change the lives of those less fortunate. This is its 13th year going strong and growing bigger every time. On average, it brings 70+ boats and over 600 guests – if you'd like to partake, sign up early! It's known to sell out every year without fail. Since its debut in 2001, the Hamptons Offshore Invitational has raised a landmark of more than a million dollars for BBBSLI. The tournament concludes with an outstanding awards dinner at Oakland's Restaurant with a trophy presentation, silent auction, numerous raffles, and door prizes. Help give back to your community and come participate in one of the most notable fishing events of the summer.
